Bartosz Chytła is an experienced banker. In DnB NORD, since September 2008, he was responsible for the development of retail banking. Earlier - from 2004 as the vice-president of the management board in Fortis Bank, he was responsible for the banking segment of retail, small and medium-size enterprises. Bartosz Chytła graduated in Management and Marketing of the University of Science and Technology (AGH) in Kraków. He also got the MBA diploma of Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees in Paris and a degree from the University in Bristol.  His career started in 1995 in Excogito company, which deals with designing computer systems. Since 1996 he worked for the First Polish-American Bank S.A. and then for Fortis Bank, at first implementing bank products, electronic distribution channels and creating processes. Then, as the Director of the Service Development Department, he was also responsible for marketing, call center and payment cards.  Since 2004 – holding the position of the vice-president of the management board in  Fortis Bank SA, where he was responsible for the banking segment of retail, small and medium-size enterprises, he created and implemented development strategy in these areas. He managed the network of branches and additionally – since 2007 – credit risk area. He also fulfilled the function of the management committee member of Fortis Retail Banking Groups, member of the supervisory board in Fortis Private Investments (previously: Fortis Securities SA) and member of the supervisory board in PTE Aegon.

Bartosz Chytła is married and has an eight-year-old daughter. In his spare time he does kite surfing, skiing and runs marathons.

Agnieszka Porębska is an experienced banker having a profound knowledge and expertise in the banking and management. Graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) - the faculty of finance and statistics and Harvard Business School Publishing. Holder of two MBA diplomas - University of Minnesota (USA) and Warsaw School of Economics.Engaged in the banking sector since 1996, from the beginning of her business career strongly involved in the development of the retail banking, later also in the banking for small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Firstly, since 1996 to 2000 in the First Polish-American Bank she held the position of the director of individual clients department. Earlier – the manager of individual clients team and the specialist responsible for new banking products.

From 2000 to 2008 Agnieszka Porębska worked with Fortis Bank where she supervised the management and development of retail and SME banking. Held managerial positions in this business area as the managing director of strategy and business development line, the head of market strategy department and the head of retail clients department where she was responsible i.a. for the strategy of the bank’s development in the area of retail and SME clients.In August 2008 Agnieszka Porębska joined Bank DnB NORD – initially as the director of the bank responsible for the development of the retail banking and later, since September 2009 – as the director of the bank supervising retail and SME banking. Designed business strategy and financial plan for Bank DnB NORD Polska in these areas for the forthcoming years. Since February 2010 – member of the Management Board supervising retail and SME banking.

Mother of two sons – Adam (15) and Daniel (5). In her free time she enjoys traveling to faraway places.

A graduate from the Faculty of Information Technology at the Poznań University of Technology and the Master of Business Administration from the Joint MBA Program of the Wielkopolska Business School and Nottingham Trent University.
He started his professional career in Invest Bank S.A., then continued in WBK S.A. In 1993, he started working for Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A., being initially responsible for support areas and then sales organisation of the Poznań Branch. In January 1999 he was appointed as the Branch Director and successfully implemented a pilot project of regional development of the Bank in the Wielkopolska region. In 2000, became the Director of the Wielkopolska region managing local banking units. In 2001, appointed as the Managing Director of the overall Western Macroregion. In March 2002 moved to the Head Office in Warsaw to organize the sales of the Corporate Banking Division within the Bank structure. He was also acting as the Bank Director supervising the development of the Bank's corporate business and sales of the Corporate Banking Department.
He is married and has two children. He is interested in IT. Loves jazz music. His hobby is travelling, skiing and tennis.

Przemysław Sztandera (born in 1965) has graduated form the University of Szczecin. After finishing his studies at the faculty of Economic Cybernetics he started his professional career as a researcher, serving his internship at the University of Stirling (Scotland) and Carleton University (Canada). In 1992, simultaneously with the academic work he started his career in banking. In Pomorski Bank Kredytowy he took his first steps in the area of risk, then he dealt with sales in BNP-Dresdner Bank, finally to return to the risk department – now as a deputy Director of Credit Risk Department.
In 2004 he joined the team of Bank DnB NORD (at that time operating under NORD/LB brand) and he built the risk division from scratch. As a Director of Risk Management and Credit Administration Department he has developed a team –from 8-person group- to a 26-person department. He has also introduced modern methods of credit risk evaluation and management.
After the merger of DnB NORD with BISE Bank in November 2007 – he was managing the MSP Credit Risk Management and Retail Banking Department.
Przemysław Sztandera is married and has two children (a son an a daughter). He likes spending time in an active way, he rides a horse. He enjoys challenges – he has tried parachute jumping a few times.
 

Olof Seidel has been appointed as CFO and Member of the Management Board in Bank DnB NORD Polska.
Olof Seidel has worked in Bank DnB NORD A/S since the start of the joint venture in 2006 as Head of Corporate Development.

During his time at Bank DnB NORD, Olof has had a pivotal role in the development of the Banking Group. Olof has a deep understanding and knowledge of the Banking Group, which he will bring with him to his new position in Bank DnB NORD Polska.

Olof Seidel started his working life in Norddeutsche Landesbank within various traditional banking areas before working in a number of strategic projects, including product and strategy development of the North/East Europe Division, which eventually lead to the creation of the Bank DnB NORD joint venture.

Olof Seidel studied economics in Germany and Sweden and holds a Masters degree in Economics from University Hannover. He is married and has two young children.
